It’s Giveaway Time!! I love love love this time of year…every time I turn around, I’m seeing newly engaged couples everywhere and it totally inspires me to spread the love. This giveaway has become one of my very favorite things to do. I have met, photographed and become friends with some of the most incredible couples over the past few years, all because they entered and won this giveaway. I am so excited to hear from all of the newly engaged couples and I can’t wait to meet some new friends!!

Lauren & Will |30A Santa Rosa Beach Wedding

Lauren & Will’s Santa Rosa Beach, FL wedding was one of my favorites from the year. The beach is my happy place, so anytime I can travel there I’m a happy girl. There is something so peaceful and beautiful about the soft colors of the sand and water…it just whispers love and romance. Lauren chose 331 South, located on the Choctawhatchee Bay, as her ceremony and reception venue and it was a stunning backdrop for a wedding. I’m so happy I was able to enjoy this gorgeous day with this beautiful couple.

Sarah & Josh | Birmingham, AL The Club Wedding

Sarah and Josh are the sweetest couple. Friends since middle school, Josh always knew that she was the one for him. It took Sarah a little longer to figure it out, but luckily she did and now they are living happily ever after.

I loved being a part of Sarah & Josh’s wedding day. Their ceremony took place at Trinity United Methodist Church in Homewood followed by a reception at The Club in Birmingham. Every single detail was so lovely, from the gorgeous displays of lush peach and ivory florals to the incredible fireworks show overlooking the Birmingham skyline to finish the night. It was such a magical night and I am honored to have been a part.

Christie & Wil | Atlanta Georgia Foxhall Resort Wedding

Christie & Wil’s gorgeous southern wedding at Foxhall Sporting Club and Resort in Atlanta, Georgia was one of the most beautiful weddings I photographed all year. It was such an honor to be a part of this wedding. Christie had been the maid of honor in Ashlee & Ben’s stunning Dahlonega, Georgia wedding last year, so when she contacted me about her own wedding, I was thrilled. Nothing is more flattering to me than to have a bridesmaid not only want me to photograph their own wedding, but to actually choose her wedding date based around my availability, and that’s exactly what Christie did. She contacted me as soon as she became engaged to find out which dates I had available and then she chose the date that worked for all of us! I am so glad she did, because this wedding was a STUNNER and both families were just wonderful to work with!

Chloe & CJ | Samford University Wedding

This past weekend I had the pleasure of hanging out with this incredible family for the 2nd time this year when Chloe’s sister Meagan was married in Seagrove Beach, FL, so it definitely had me reminiscing on Chloe and CJ’s big day here in Birmingham. I have absolutely loved getting to know the Sloan family this past year and I have to say, I’m a little sad that they only have 2 daughters because they throw the BEST weddings 😉

Chloe and CJ had a beautiful, romantic ceremony at Samford University’s Reid Chapel followed by fabulous reception at Workplay in Birmingham, AL.
